Would microneedling RF help these nasolabial folds and marionette lines? (Photo)

I have been performing microneedling for over twenty-five years. It is a tried and true treatment approach best reserved for treating very superficial, skin surface color and texture irregularities. It is not particularly useful for all, but the most superficial wrinkles and crinkles.
At least from the photo, the skillful use of a low viscosity, cohesive, malleable HA filler threaded under each of the marionette lines would very likely be the best approach by not only elevating and smoothing the line, but providing a kind of infrastructure beneath the lines to act as a hedge to slow reformation of the line with continued smiling, laughing, etc. I have used this approach for many years with very gratifying results. Treatment takes about ten minutes and the results are immediate.
