I'm 7 weeks post unilateral gynecomastia surgery & notice some swelling. What is the cause? (Photo)

I've noticed that the swelling has increased a little over the past 3 weeks. I am curious as to what the cause of this is. Is this normal, from compression, etc.? Any answer helps. Thanks.
