How can I stop gynecomastia caused from alcohol?

I have used steroids in the past which caused me to get man boobs. A year after that I did a hormone test and results showed that all my testosterone level were balanced. I have noticed that drinking caused a lot of irritation to my nipple as well. About 3 months ago I did the gynecomastia surgery.However when i drank alcohol I felt the irritation again and the gynecomastia came back. The irritation is not stopping even after I started taking anti estrogen pills as I thought it would stop it.
