How can I stop gynecomastia caused from alcohol?

I have used steroids in the past which caused me to get man boobs. A year after that I did a hormone test and results showed that all my testosterone level were balanced. I have noticed that drinking caused a lot of irritation to my nipple as well. About 3 months ago I did the gynecomastia surgery. However when i drank alcohol I felt the irritation again and the gynecomastia came back. The irritation is not stopping even after I started taking anti estrogen pills as I thought it would stop it.

Alcohol related to development of gynecomastia only through damage to the liver.

Consumption of alcohol does not contribute to gynecomastia unless damage to the liver has been done by this activity.
