I've seen a few doctors mention procures muscle and soft tissue removal in the radix area and I'm curious as to what that is? When I touch my nose I can pinch a chunk of soft tissue in the radix area. I'm not sure if the bone is wide or if its the soft tissue surrounding. Should I get my radix thinned or should I get the soft tissue/procerus muscle removed.. or both? I'd also love the radix lowered closer towards my eyelid from the profile view.

One of the more common reasons for obstruction in the nasal passages when taking a deep breath through the nose is collapse of the sidewall of the mid part of the nose. This can occur when the sidewall cartilage is weakened or if your nose developed in a way where the air passes, it passes...
THere are no contraindications to having a rhinoplasty with your period. AS a matter of fact, patinets will frequently get their periods the day of or just before their surgery although it may not be expected for w few more days. Stess and hormonal cahnges frequently do this. Good luck
