Hyperpigmentation from post op bruising. Any suggestions? (photos)

The dark spots I'm pointing to is pigmentation left behind from post septorrhinoplasty bruising. My dr suggested a chemical peel may take these away. I'm 6 months post op. I assume at this point they aren't going anywhere on their own?

There are many treatment options for this including fillers, lasers, prp/stem cells, peels and topical skin care creams.  I suggest seeing a cosmetic dermatologist who can do a formal in person evaluation and give you the proper recommendations.  Best, Dr. Emer.
