Hyperpigmentation from post op bruising. Any suggestions? (photos)

The dark spots I'm pointing to is pigmentation left behind from post septorrhinoplasty bruising. My dr suggested a chemical peel may take these away. I'm 6 months post op. I assume at this point they aren't going anywhere on their own?

Dead skin piling up from years of sun damage etc... can conceal creases and wrinkles. Peels help remove that sun damaged or wrinkled skin and show the more healthy refreshed skin. The more you peel your skin, the better it looks but sometimes the swelling from a   peel can distort the creases ...

I have not heard of BensiPeel, however, I do know that chemical peels no matter how strong, will not improve upon these types of deeper lines.  I suggest a series of microneedling with PRP, and/or fillers.   Hope this helps, Yazdani, MD
