Hello, I have tried several ways of getting rid of my under eye dark circles. I have used lightening creams and lasers to reduce the darkness. Because of my fair skin, it makes it quite noticeable to noise these dark under eye circles. I was told I am not a candidate for blepharoplasty by several plastic surgeons due to me not having eye bags/fat under the eyes. What should I do to get this surgically or permanently fixed?

Answer: Options for Addressing Periorbital Hyperpigmentation When Blepharoplasty Isn't Suitable
Dark pigmentation in the private areas can worsen with sun exposure and hormonal influences. Lightening the areas begins with the application of Luminase and Exfolase creams followed by light chemical peels.
