Can I lighten my nipples and areola? What are my options?

My skin is quite light but my nipples and areola are dark brown. (SEA origin)They've always been that way. How can I lighten them? Would alpha arbutin or hydroquinone plus tretinoin work? I don't need them to turn pink, I want them to be lighter beige.)
