Can my bad breast lift be corrected?

A breast lift looks best when the nipple sits just a bit above the level where half the breast volume is.  When the volume of the breast drops down it makes the nipple look too high, even if the top of the areola is at a "standard" distance from the clavicle.  I would suggest waiting for 6 months before having  a revision.  I think it would be reasonable to have a lift then.  However, a lift that just removes skin is counting on the skin to hold the shape.  We know skin stretches...hence the need for the lift in the first place.  That is why it is important to shape the breast tissue; to really sculpt a nice shape then drape the skin around it.  As opposed to hoping the skin will hold the shape.

Thanks for your inquiry and excellent pictures.   I recommend you wait at least 6 months before discussing a revision.  Some of the issues like gathering will improve over that time, some like the high appearance of your nipple areolar complex will not change so too much, good luck.
