I was ill and lost weight most Being in my breast, I am a 32e.my breast now look flat I am happy with the size I have thought about having them lifted this worked out more pricey than implants,I don't like the idea of scars running to the nipple, someone said have a small implant but I don't want to go any bigger I just want the fullness back, I read about using your own tissues to make the breast fuller Im uk based can this be done in the uk? how do I know it's rigth for me?
Answer: Breast lift after weight loss It is difficult to comment without seeing your photos. Most people that have lost weight will require an uplift to improve shape and restore fullness. The technique you mention of using your own tissues may be using fat to restore volume instead of an implant. I would recommend meeting a qualified plastic surgeon to discuss all options.

Answer: The Bellesoma Method Thank you for your question, The Bellesoma Method is a current technique to lift breasts without using implants or the ugly vertical scars. The incisions are hidden around the areola and in the inframammary crease. The vertical incision has been completely eliminated. The areola incision heals almost invisibly due to the fact that there is hardly any tension on the closure. With this particular technique, ducts are preserved along with nerve supply maintaining nipple sensation and the ability to breast feed. Because the breast is reshaped internally and is secured to your chest muscles, upper pole fullness is possible without an implant. Attached is a patient who underwent The Bellesoma Method. Please note that her tissue was used to create upper pole fullness and cleavage without any foreign materials (mesh, implants, etc). It is a proprietary technique that only surgeons that have been trained by me can perform. I hope this helps. Best wishes and kind regards, Dr. Gary Horndeski

Answer: Droopy breasts I will find it difficult to give you specific advice without seeing photos of you, but, your story suggests that you are likely to need a mastopexy (breast uplift). Weight loss often results in a sagging of the breast that needs correcting and, if it severe enough, filling the breast with volume, either an implant or your own tissue, will not correct this. In fact, it could make the situation worse. Unfortunately, an uplift will always leave you with a scar around the nipple and almost always with a vertical one running down to the fold. Having said that, they do generally fade very well. I suggest you see a qualified Plastic Surgeon with a specialist interest in breast surgery for a full assessment. Then you will know for sure what your options are. Best of luck

Answer: Misguided IMHO and with the fullest respects you are seeking an impossible goal; gaining fullness is physically impossible without gaining volume. However, if you wish not to look provocative, may you seek a discreet result, then a flat implant is bound to provide horizontal fullness way more than anterior prominence.Own tissues filling is not a realistic and trustworthy option, in spite of all the marketing and hype about fat grafting.Feel free to request any additional information if you need from me, photos required.

Answer: Post weight loss breast deflation Commonly after weight loss breasts will flatten and nipples will move towards the center of your chest (medialize). Skin quality and elasticity is a major obstacle that can effect your outcome. After a detailed history and assessment - I discuss what options are appropriate for correction of this issue. In some cases, breast auto augmentation can be utilized which reahapes your own breast tissue to create a lift and redistributes breast volume in the right locations. Unfortunately this will require scars that resemble a traditional breast reduction or lift. The good news is these scars usually fade tremendously in the post op period. Please seek consultation with a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon with experience in post weight loss plastic surgery. Best of Luck!
