I have a clear caramel skin and my whole life.. i apply just vaseline on my whole body. I have no skincare products.. but growing up, my inner thighs, neck, under arms, knees, knuckles, vaginal region and elbows are currently about 4times darker than my complexion and it’s really disgusting and embarrassing... people think i was bleaching and it went wrong.. but i have never bleached. So recently I bought 50% TA to apply to those areas.. would it work?

never ever apply TCA at home nor 50% on the body. that is dangerous and will for sure cause hyperpigmentation. emeragecosmetics cosmelan or enlighten peels, restorsea 10x, vivatia foam, and phyto plus (see link) should all be used in this area regularly.  you will always have to do treatments for this to maintain the results.
