you can tell this wasnt done correctly and you may not have had the right pre and post care. i would start now with ath ome peel like cosmelan (see link to emeragecosmetics.com) and then dermarolling weekly. you have to let this heal a while before doing more TCA and a specialist like me who does this often needs to do this carefully. you ned to start fraxel or halo treatments to blend these scars. it may be more quick and easy for you to have ths scars surgically "punched" out and repaired then lasered. see an expert. Best, Dr. Emer.
TCA CROSS, which I have routinely been using for over two decades, is best reserved for narrow ice pick scars, diltated pores and very narrow-based boxcar scars. The scars in the nasal tip, as they appear now, are more boxcar-like and, as such, would be more amenable to subcisions, rather than additional TCA CROSS, at this point. And once more elevated and smoother, dermastamp microneedling may be used to help further blend these areas in tone and texture with the surrounding normal skin. Make sure that you are consulting with a board certified aesthetic physician who is experienced in these various techniques. Best of luck.
