I've had my central incisor extracted 10 yrs. ago & replaced with a bridge. I now decided to replace it with an implant but apparently the bone have resorbed in the site. Dentist recommended GBR + implant. What are the usual complications with dental implants in this case so I can discuss with my dentist. I am worried about emergence profile, gum recession and indentation, peri-implantitis. Up to what point will the dentist guarantee treatment and which costs will be shouldered by patient.
