Follow-up questions: Dentures for 35 years. Are full mouth dentures (All 6 on) possible?

I've conventional dentures for over 35 years. Will there be a speech difference/difficulty when changing from conventional dentures to all 6 on denture implants? Some people experienced air/wind go through the gums and denture implants when they are speaking. Is it normal and if not can it be corrected? Thank you Dr.
