Unfortunately, I had the opportunity to do one of these cases and it was terrible. The threads cause significant inflammation and scar tissue. I would definitely consider you a revision rhino case in terms of complexity. Make sure you choose a surgeon that has revised threads in the nose before because it is way more complex than may be anticipated.
