Accutane suppresses the pilosebaceous units in the skin. These units are a key ingredient in the healing of the skin and nose. I would not suggest taking this medication until you are well healed from the rhinoplasty surgery. I would not recommend taking it 3 weeks after surgery. I hope this helps.

This is a question that is best addressed to your plastic surgeon. Accutane can cause wound healing problems. I want my patents off if this medication for 1 year prior to surgery.
Accutane is known to cause delayed wound healing. I would clear it with your doctor. Probably better off waiting at least 6 weeks.
