I have a small hole in my skin near my chin and wont go what can i have done to make it go

Depressed areas like this appear to be from underlying scar tissue that is tethering the superficial tissues down toward the deeper tissues.  A combination treatment of first, breaking up the scar tissue with a technique called subcision and second, using a dermal filler to add volume to the area would be my initial recommendation.  Resurfacing of the entire peri-oral area with a laser would help bring a more youthful appearance to the entire region.  A formal, in person evaluation always gives clinicians a better chance to evaluate your condition and provide the best individualized treatments.   Cheers- Dr. Nesiba

This small indentation appears amenable to fillers.  I would use a product such as Restylane or Restylane Lyft to fill it.  You may also benefit from some Botox or Dysport in the chin to relax the chin muscle.
