I developed that line on my right cheek about 6 years ago and it's getting deeper and also on my left cheek it's getting darker now. It realy scares me,I really want to know the reason behind it and of course the right treatment.

pigmentation needs peels, needling, skin care and lasers but it seems like you have laxity that needs heating with thermage or ultherapy, lifting with surgery or threads and fillers to lift and fill the lines.  this will need a combination of treatments to get improvement.  Best, Dr. Emer.

This is a nasolabial fold. It can be improved with fillers, which can smooth the line and improve anatomical support for the cheeks. I hope this helps.

Thanks for the photo. This is a very familiar condition and is based on your inherent face structure together with some ageing changes. Some persons are more prone to develop a deep trans cheek hollow with different more darker skin in it, between two natural fatty pads. It is all to do with the internal ligaments of your face and the bony shape and often an underlying small bony asymmetry which makes the groove or hollow obliquely down the cheek look more marked.For the hollow and to some extent the dark skin colour, there are two things you can do. One is to make sure you use good SPF factor 50 plus for UVA and UVB protection everyday, even when cloudy. The other is to see an experienced under eye cheek filler person such as an oculoplastic surgeon. A combination of filler by canula, such as the Juvederm or Restylane range can help a lot and last a couple of years or more before it needs a top up

It appears that you are referring to the malar fat pad, which is a delineation of fat caused from the malar ligament. This pad can also be referred to as "festoons". This can become more prominent with age, and can be treated with deep cheek filler as well as Infini.
