Why are my eyes droopy like this at 22 years old? (Photos)

I hate my eyelids they look wrinkly and baggy.... I'm only 22 and they've been like this for years slowly getting worse. Is there anything I can do to stop or make them normal?

From the picture it is very difficult to see, but you appear to have a slight upper lid ptosis. That is, the upper lid is positioned a little lower on the eye. This can have many causes. Please is an oculoplastic specialist to be evaluated.

I do see the changes in your upper eyelid that you are referring to. There are a variety of causes to include skin changes, swelling from allergies, a weak muscle in the eyelid causing ptosis, and even genetic/hereditary causes. 
Consider seeing an ASOPRS oculoplastic surgeon in your area for an evaluation.

Wrinkling eyelids have several causes, genetic predisposition, physical stretching of the skin due to rubbing,  Allergies, sun damage are the main causes. Variety of treatments are available,  micro needling and laser resurfacing are the least invasives.  I suggest to see an oculoplastic surgeon to discuss your options.
