Two days post op and my breast look flat, square and nipples are uneven. Is this normal? What should I expect?

and recovery.  It takes several months
for your breasts to settle down and fall into their new shape.  Please make sure to follow your surgeon’s
post operative care instructions, and contact him or her with any concerns.

It generally takes several months for the breasts to take shape after a breast reduction procedure. Try not to get too analytical or critical at this point. Follow your surgeon’s instructions regarding postoperative care.  Best wishes. 

You are still early in the healing process and what you are seeing are not your final results yet. You may still be experiencing swelling, bruising, sharp, intermittent pains and tissue tightness. These symptoms will resolve on their own as you recover in the coming months. It usually takes around 6 months to fully heal and only by that time will you be able to see your final results.
