I had fue in june 2018 i had 7000 grafs , after 4 months of surgery i had very good results ut after 6th month i had lost great amount of hairs from my centre and back portion , now i m confused that which hairs i lost that were transplanted hairs or my old hairs , and plz tell me how many hairs maximally extracts from my donor area , before i had gave hairs from pubic of my bearde also or head as well

If you are concerned please follow up with your doctor for an exam.
You will have hair loss after surgery. You may have graft loss after surgery. Not all the grafts will take. You won't really know until you see results in 6 to 12 months.

Usually, in Indian patients 4500 to 5000 grafts can be taken out in multiple surgeries. However, if the donor area density is more than the usual Indian people, then more may also be taken out. Now, in your case, if 7000 have been taken out, I believe there might be some thinning already in the donor area which will become visible when you grow the hair.So, it will be better to visit a doctor, get a hair analysis done and then find out how many more hair can actually be taken out ?

7000 FUE grafts is a huge number of grafts. If these hairs did not stay, then maybe there was a problem with the transplant. From looking at your donor area, it looks better than I would expect but can't recommend anything without being able to examine your donor area
