Thigh lift Open wound concern 3 weeks post op, what is happening? (photo)

Almost 3 weeks post op thigh lift and incision on the right leg has opened up and abit on my left thigh and both have opened in the same area at the intersection of the incision, not sure what i am doing wrong i just get up from bed to use the bathroom to clean up and walk around abit as the doctor said can anyone give me some advice pls? As im thinking its going to keep opening up

HI,  good question.  These blue-purplish sutures are PROLENE, and non-dissolvable stitches.  This does occur where you may have some "pop-up" after a period of time.  I suggest you contact your surgeon, and have them removed in their office.  It is preferable to remove these sutures by a profes...
