may I know Zimmer Cryolipolysis is coolslupting treatment but just using different machine? how was the result for zimmer? any surgeon recommend zimmer compare with zeltiq? because the price are very different and my biggest concern is the EFFICIENCY and result. I plan to go for lower abdomen treatment . please advice me as im bit confuse now

Answer: CoolSculpting and Zimmer Hello and thank you for your question.I will try and assist you.Zimmer is a company and they have different devices.They have a cooling device, which we use to assist with patient comfort after treatments, like laser. It is a device that cools the air, but has nothing to do with fat reduction. CoolSculpting uses the term cryolipolysis to describe their fat- reduction treatment. Zimmer have another device that we use after CoolSculpting, which uses ultrasound to assist in breaking down the 'butter-stick' that results after the CoolSculpting treatment and improve the rate of seeing results, but this is an aid to CoolSculpting treatments, and is not a fat-reduction treatment.So, to the best of my knowledge, no Zimmer devices are fat-reduction treatments. So you cannot compare them with CoolSculpting, which is a fat-reduction treatment.I hope this helps.Mark
