Will cryolipolysis change your body shape eg. from pear shape to apple shape?

Say like you are pear shaped and you have stubborn fat in your thighs. After cryolipolysis on the thighs, theoretically, the fat cells die and they are gone for good. So does that mean that your thighs won't be as fat anymore? If fat doesn't accumulate in the thighs, will they accumulate in other areas like your stomach and change your body shape?

Thank you for your question. No, fat will not accumulate in other areas. After the coolsculpting treatment fat cells are not redistributed to other areas, they are permanently eliminated from your body. Weight will be distributed throughout your body in the same way it did prior to treatment. The remaining fat cells will still grow in size as you gain weight and decrease as you lose weight. A healthy lifestyle is always recommended to see best results. Regards,
