Thread facelift and chin implant which one first?

Hi ...I wanted to do chin implant and thread facelift , but is different clinic .. so ..can I done thread facelift first than tomorrow do chin implant?? Or I do chin implant first , wait for recover only do thread facelift? Because I know that thread facelift will improve the jaw line , so if I done thread facelift first is it will be influenced my chin implant surgery?? I cannot do it at the same time because is different clinic ..urgent thanks doctor

Far more important
than the order of which to do first is the skill and
experience of your plastic surgeon at both clinics. Choose your surgeon rather than the
technique and let them explain why one technique may be better than another. It is recommended to do both procedures at the same time but only if they are necessary. In our practice, we do not recommend thread lifts due to the complications that we have seen from them. A comprehensive lower face and neck lift addresses tightening loose facial and neck skin, tightening loose facial and neck muscles, lifting the jowls, and removing any fatty deposits in the neck.  It is very important to give a very natural result. A chin implant can be performed through the same incision as the lower facelift. Chin implants are manufactured in a large in variety sizes and shapes, which is best determined at the time of the consultation and examination. I would recommend you find a board certified surgeon who can do both the face and chin at the same time.  A face lift (no matter what technique) and chin implant are commonly done together and will enhance one another.  You will probably will have a better outcome if done together.  Good luck.  Donald R.
