1 wk post closed rhinoplasty and sister accidentally hit my nose. How likely is silicone implant to dislocate or move?

My sister accidentally hit my nose from the left side pushing it to the right, I don't notice any visible movement or change, it looks straight but worried it will affect my result as I can't really see as there are some swelling at the side still. It did not hurt that much, my nose did not bled. The bump was not that strong. Sorry to ask as my doctor is from Thailand and I am in Malaysia now, I can't have him check until maybe a week or so again. Thank you.
