The white heads are not clearing up and it increased since then. I found that some huge pimples are from the inflammation of these white heads which cause them to line up (4 in a row).Some pimples which are filled with pus just burst when i washed my face so i had to clear them up by just gently pushing the pus out but it always ended up with blood coming out. Like really, oozing blood.

Yes, this is very normal. During the first 1-2 months of treatment, as the skin adjust to the medication, flares are not uncommon. Be patient. Results will pay off.
The medication is out of your bloodstream in 30 days from last dose. Your pregnancy should be fine if you did not get pregnant during this window. Please be sure to address this issue with your Dermatologist.

This is an expected side effect from isotretinoin. It should resolve within 1 week of completing your course. Emollient lip balms are generally the most helpful for addressing dryness. Best of luck!
