I had Juvederm injection in my chin 9 months ago. Now I feel pain in my chin whenever I press on it?

I feel that the substance is aggregated in one place in my chin (on the right) where I feel the pain... is it normal to experience this pain after all this time? What could be the reason for it ?

This isn't typical. I recommend getting a formal evaluation with your injector. If filler is still present, you can have it reversed with hyaluronidase. I hope this helps.

It is unusual for the pain to begin so long after injection.  If there is filler still present in the area you can choose to have it dissolved with hyaluronidase.  I recommend seeing your injector for an evaluation and treatment plan.

Hi Chris, It is uncommon for a filler to cause pause 9 months following injection. I recommend seeing your initial injector for an evaluation. Directed Hyaluronidase injection may help dissolve any residual filler, if that is determined to the most likely cause of your discomfort. Best wishes.
