Double eyelid scar and epicanthoplasty failed. What's my best option? (Photo)

I am sorry that you have to go through this unhappy outcome. Looking your photos, there is slight asymmetry on fold size which can be easily corrected. Bump on the eyelid, this  may be due  to either suture or scar. This also can be corrected easily but you have to go through another revision surgery.Though your overall look is not terribly bad. So you have to consider another risk when you decide another surgery.

The scars usually heal well after asian eyelid surgeries and rarely require revisions. It may be worth doing a scar revision procedure as there is a high chance of improving the quality of your scar, specially if this is giving you a emotional stress.
