Can cartilage piercings be surgically removed like lobe piercings?

I have a couple cartilage piercings that I've taken out and they won't close up. Can they be closed up or removed surgically?

Yes! All forms of ear piercing cans be closed surgically. Holes pierced through cartilage and even large holes through earlobes can be closed surgically. Choose a board certified plastic surgeon.
