Knife marks on hand. Is there any surgery to completely remove them?

I cut my hand from knife before 1 year and now there are some dark and light marks on my hand.I want to remove them completely.please let me know if there is any surgery available for that.

I would recommend a scar revision to improve the scar in your eyebrow.  This would allow the eyebrow to be more aligned and reduce the scar.  Hair transplants to the eyebrow could be another option but I think the scar revision would give you a good result.
