Knife marks on hand. Is there any surgery to completely remove them?

I cut my hand from knife before 1 year and now there are some dark and light marks on my hand.I want to remove them completely.please let me know if there is any surgery available for that.

It is impossible to give you recommendations without looking at pictures.  With that said, it is impossible to remove a scar without causing another scar therefore I would leave it alone and let it be unless you want to send pictures and I will give you clearly recommendations
