Thank you for your great question. Your weight of 120 kg means you are either obese or morbidly obese, depending on your height. CoolSculpting is meant to reduce fat pockets or areas of fat in patients who aren't more than 15-20 above their goal weight. Heavier patients who have CoolSculpting understand that they would require many treatments, but this may be cost prohibitive. 
I would recommend you see your doctor and begin a medically supervised weight loss program. Following significant weight loss you will then be bothered by excess skin which may require surgery.

I would not recommend Coolsculpting for you at this time.  You will be best served by losing weight first.  The amount of Coolsculpting to make a difference will be astronomically too high.  I would recommend going to medically supervised weight loss program and once you get within 15-20 lbs of your goal weight then Coolsculpting can help target the remainding fat.  In our clinic we provide many weight loss programs though HCG is the most popular.

One treatment dissolves approximately 25% of fat cells, while with 2 treatments you may expect around 45 to 50 % of fat decrease in the area treated. If you have lax skin, then you will have to do another treatment since coolsculpting does not treat skin laxity. Still, Coolsculpting may not be the best option for you since it would require many treatments to see visible results. Coolsculpting is better solution for people who have reached their targeted weight and can not get rid off the stubborn areas of fat. It is not that you can't do CS, but it may not be the best option for you. With CS, like most non-invasive methods of fat reduction, the optimum candidate is one with smaller, localized areas of diet and exercise resistant fat. We can treat larger volumes of fat, but it will certainly take multiple sessions, and you would likely have to adjust your expectations to a more reasonable level. Depending on what your goals and desires are, you may be a better candidate for an invasive, surgical option. You should be seen by an experienced cosmetic specialist, who has multiple options to offer you.
