Dear Justme1024,
based on your photos, you look like a good candidate for a TT. Full tummy tuck should tighten your abdominal muscles and remove the excess skin. Flanks liposuction would give you a better shape. I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon because only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations.

J plasma will be helpful, but you will get you best and tightest abdomen with the tummy tuck. The tuck can tighten your weak muscles, remove excess fat and pull down the stretched tissue and remove a good portion of skin.  The tuck is much more involved and does take longer to heal.

An abdominoplasty will address several things- muscle weakness (diastasis recti) and create a "snatched" waistline, an innie belly button, low set incision, elimination of the skin redundancy present from the level of the belly button to your pubic region, as well as a pubic lift.

From your photo I would recommend a tummy tuck.  This would remove excess fat and skin as well as correct abdominal wall laxity.  The result will be a flatter, tighter tummy.  Liposuction and J-Plasma would not be able to give you comparable results.

The answer to your question is and should be a consistent favor for full tummy tucks.
I think the only providers who would recommend liposuction are those who are not board-certified in plastic surgery and don’t have the skill or privileges to do a full tummy tuck.
JPlasma it’s a device I owned and used for a year. The results were underwhelming to the point where I got rid of the device and a great financial loss and I wish I never bought it.
If you want to tight flat abdomen you need a full tummy tuck.
Choose providers based on reviewing lots of before and after pictures.
During consultations ask providers to show you their entire collection of before and after pictures. This means also asking them to select as many pictures as possible of patients with similar body characteristics. Ask the provider to show you evidence of excellent outcomes, average outcomes unless than outcomes.
Asked to see a results of patients from all angles including from behind.
Judge tummy tuck results primarily un who gets the most natural looking bellybuttons, low set scars that follow anatomy contour naturally with a natural transition of the hips and waist and backside.
Getting a natural looking belly button is the hardest part of the procedure and surgeons can do this part well are typically detail oriented and are good at all aspects of the procedure.
