Migrated lip filler won't dissolve - what can I do next? (photos)

I got lil fillers a few years ago and loved the result ( this was in America ) and when I came to Spain a few years later I needed a top up. I didn’t not love as much but they settled and were ok. the tip around the border had an outline where filler had clearly migrated. Since then she dissolved twice and the corners are still there. What to do ? Are they ruined. I’m super stressed. They look normal when I don’t smile

Nodule or bump formation after lip augmentation can happen with any injectable filler. When HA fillers are used, sometimes these bumps get better with the dissolving enzyme and sometimes they don't. If there is a visible nodule in your lip, please consider requesting a dilute steroid injection....
