Can Erbium laser 2940 long pulse cause facial fat loss?

Hello, I would like to know if erbium laser 2940 long pulse (2ms) , Staking 4 , can destroy fat face? After 2 treatments , the second was after 4 weeks, I look worst then before, in addition to losing fat, I also have larger pores and poor skin condition. Please let me know if that is possible after laser 2940 long pulse treatment and what can I do? Thank you
