Hemosiderin stain - is there any treatment for this problem? (Photo)

The last of my bruises from brow lift surgery had it 2 months ago, it turned brown and were joined by dark circles below each eye.I am of Mediterranean descent and have light skin, I do not burn under normal circumstances. I diligently apply Arnica to the area and avoid the sun as much as possible (wearing sunglasses and a hat). Is there any treatment for this problem? With time will the marks go away? And if yes When should treatment be started? And most importantly, which laser should be used
