Laser/procedure recommendations? (Photo)

Question

I am 51 and have been through many health issues over the past 20 yrs, incl a pancreas and kidney transplant last year. I am so grateful and ready to live my life to the fullest but really see the toll stress and Rx have taken on my appearance (I’m on anti-rejection Rx and Prednisone 5mg QD). Assuming my tx team approves, what are your recommendations for improved skin tone/texture and tightening of my face? Type of laser? Already planning injectables. Thanks you very much!!

Thank you for sharing your questions and posting your photos. You would have significant improvement in your skin tone, texture, sun-damage, age spots and wrinkles with a single erbium laser treatment. Downtime would be about 5-7 days. See an experienced oculofacial surgeon who uses the erbium laser.

Thank you for your question. Happy to hear you have been in good health and staying strong. Based on the images your skin does show some sign of aging with texture and hyperpigmentations. I believe to give you the best result you either have to opt for the CO2 or multiple sessions of Erbium. This can be combined with microneedling radiofrequency during the same treatment.
