I had bbl revision and lipo on inner thighs and finally i had others problems now i have double line under glutes I never had it before, bothers me a lot we can see it trough the clothes can't event wear bikini I don’t know know if there is a solution to remove it

Your neck is already deficient of normal subcutaneous fat. You have visible platysmal bands and relative skin excess. You'll need a formal neck lift to create a tight contoured neck.
