Lipo revision with Renuvion - will it fix lumpiness from previous lipo? (Photos)

I had lipo 360 done in my arms from celebrity arms and within a week I noticed all this lumpiness. The surgeon told me it would go away but here I am 5 years later. I have tried radio frequency and nothing has helped. Will a revision with renuvion help?

Your neck is already deficient of normal subcutaneous fat. You have visible platysmal bands and relative skin excess. You'll need a formal neck lift to create a tight contoured neck.
