Hi im only 38 yrs old weighing about 150-158..even when i had the surgery 3 years back. i healed fast and with no complication...but neck looks worse...i just wanted a more defined look and well i have the chin define the neck looks saggy and bumpy witj deposits of fat .what should i do...my neck looks older than me
