Without further information or an exam it's difficult to give specific answers. When fat is moved from areas where the skin is thinner, the inner thighs for example, the support is reduced which could lead to the flaccid or loose feeling of the skin. If you are interested in a revision visit with a board certified plastic surgeon near you.
