Best way to treat hypopigmented scars created after laser mole removal? (Photo)

I had some moles that were not flat and I didn't like them very much so I searched about some ways to remove them, found a clinic and remove them with laser around 10 years ago, but it didn't go well, there were white spots with a bit of volume in place of the moles, like these 3 in the image. Do you know some solution/approach that can help on this case? Thanks!!
