What is the best procedure for my left side asymmetry? (Photos)

I have a noticeable asymmetry on left side of the face. First, my brow bone is flatter on the left side, which makes my left eye looks tired. I also have an asymmetry on the left cheekbone, left side of the jawline and the chin.This asymmetry has gave me a very low low self esteem to the point I avoid to talk or look to people. I really think this asymmetry makes me look 10 times worse. I've been thinking about implants because it is not volume losa but rather bone asymmetry.

Based on these photos, you do not seem to have significant asymmetry; your asymmetry is  within normal range.  Correction of this type of asymmetry is best achieved with fillers (to start with and see how volume replacement would work and where to be placed), fat grafts and implants. In person consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon with experience in this kind of reconstruction, where you can discuss your expectations and options, is recommended. Good luck.

You have a complete one-sided facial asymmetry in which it is vertically shorter. The distance from the eyebrow to the jawline is more compressed which is why the eyebrow and eye are lower, the cheek more narrow/flatter, the nose deviated to that side and the jawline shorter/raised. To properly treatment plan for correction, much of which needs to be done with custom designed implants, a 3D CT scan of your face is needed. You have correctly assumed that most of the facial asymmetry correction is bone based.

Minor asymmetries are very common and considered normal.  Being that your asymmetries concern you, you should consult with a real expert in facial plastic surgery.  Your options might be as simple as injectable fillers, without the need of surgery.
