I had my cheek implants removed with tissue resuspension and there is still swelling around my eyes 7 months later. Is this scar tissue? What can be done to improve the appearance under my eyes?

Optimal results in lower eyelid reshaping are almost always best achieved with a combination of bone and soft tissue procedures. Usually this means a canthoplasty and very likely spacer grafts as well. This would be particularly relevant when you have a negative cantonal till and scleral show.
