If you put something under the skin, won’t it pull skin away from other parts of the face including the eye area thus creating droopy eyelids like what I already have? I’m positive malar implants would be perfect for me but this is what worries me the most

While you can place submalar implants below your existing cheeks implants that is a potentially unstable situation since there may be little good tissue onto which the new implants can attach. It would be better to have one single implant per side. Unlike nearly two decades ago combined...
Facial fillers are now long lasting, forgiving, and are able to accomplish the same result as cheek implants. Cheek implants can cause bony resorption which worsens mid face projection.
