What side effects should I expect following post treatment of PicoSure for facial rejuvenation?

It sounds like you had a reaction to a product applied topically before or after the treatment.  You should not have acne like bumps after treatment.  Its possible that this might have been a reaction to any topical anesthetic cream or perhaps the skin treatment applied after laser.

Did your surgeon apply any type of numbing cream to your face prior to treatment? You could be having a reaction to that because I've never heard of a patient breaking out from the PicoSure. Some patient can get a small red bumps post Picosure Focus Lens which represents a histamine response.  Taking Claritin prior to the treatment or even post treatment will minimize this response.  They will resolve over a week, even if no antihistamines are taken.  Hope that helps:)

question about you acne break out which we haven't seen. Was there a numbing
cream applied before your treatment, which was part of your PicoSure FOCUS treatment? And if so this might be a cofactor with you reaction.

Without exam it is impossible to give specific diagnosis. Use cold compresses with cold whole milk for 5-19 minutes on a paper towel to calm down the skin. This can be followed by a soothing product such as one per cent hydrocortisone lotion .Follow up with doctor who performed procedure as soon as possible
