I would wait a couple of days before returning to strenuous exercise. Then, as long as there's not blistering and/or open areas, you should be fine. Just keep the area covered and clean. My best, Dr. Sheila Nazarian @drsheilanazarian on Instagram
As long as it is not blistered or leaking, I don't see why you couldnt cover and play. Best, Dr. Emer.
I would avoid strenuous activity for a few days. If you dont have any open areas or blistering after that, then you should be fine if you can keep the area covered and clean.
I would suggest waiting 24 hours and then you should be fine provided there are no blisters. Strenuous activity may result in some additional swelling. If you're unsure, ask your provider to look at the area and assess for any issues before participating. Be well, Dr. M

Not all lasers are the same. The new pico-second lasers are exciting and very helpful. I have also found the Fotona QX-Max to be an excellent laser for resistant black ink. I use both the PicoSure and the Fotona QX-Max as well as a VersaPulse and a Ruby Laser. Sometimes...
