The umbilical hernia repair should be stable enough to hand the Trusculpt strengthening device, if you are looking at the Trusculpt ID, you can have the procedure done, but I would avoid doing it close to the mesh, depending on how much space there is between the superficial tissue and the mesh.The best advice would be to have treatments done around the region of your repair with Mesh just to avoid the possible heating up of the mesh, but if there is enough tissue in that region, then it is not likely to heat that deep into the mesh.

Under most circumstances, mesh does not involve implanting metal such as staples.  Just like a microwave, would not want to treat over metal implants.  However, typically metal not used in hernia repair.

Trusculpt id will not affect the hernia repair. Just make sure you have no active hernia in the treatment area
