Was hospital negligent in giving me heparin, no threat of blood clot? (photos)

48 year old healthy female Post op drainless tummy tuck. Was in hospital with pneumonia three days post op. They injected me 5 times and my stomach swelled up into this huge hematoma. It created this huge hematoma, necrosis and seroma. Had multiple drainings and surgical removal. Needed a blood transfusion. Plastic surgeon was upset and now I am facing corrective surgery.
