Hello teraye.harrien, I appreciate your questions! I would recommend asking your plastic surgeon if he/she requires you to gain or lose weight depending on whether he/she is planning to do a full body Liposuction or just a limited Liposuction to harvest the fat. Have in mind that there are limits to the amount of fat that can be safely removed. Similarly, the volume of fat that can be safely injected into the buttock varies from patient to patient, and it will depend on the patient's anatomy and cosmetic goals. Based on the information you’ve shared about height and weight, your current Body Mass Index (BMI) estimate of 30 is on the threshold of the ideal measurement for a successful BBL surgery and recovery. The higher your weight or your Body Mass Index (BMI) are, the greater the risk for surgical and anesthetic complications. Therefore, it is ideal achieving a BMI of less than 30 to minimize the risk for complications such as wound dehiscence, venous thromboembolism, and infection, among others. Best regards! Dr. De La Cruz.
Thank you for your question. Based on your photos you appear to be a good candidate for a 360 liposuction along with a brazilian butt lift to optimimze your overall shape. When planning a Brazilian butt lift, patients can look forward to a double benefit: reducing areas of unwanted fat while gaining a perkier, rounded posterior. Each procedure must be planned according to the individual needs of patients, harvesting fat from target areas of the torso, thighs or knees and transferring it to create smooth, attractive contours optimized for each person. The amount of fat transferred depends on the quantity available and the extent of buttock augmentation each patient desires. Sufficient body fat for a buttock augmentation is very patient-specific, depending on an individual’s body shape and proportions as well as their expectations. Buttock augmentation with fat grafting is one of our most popular procedures in Colombia, and from experience we can tell you that some patients do very well with 300 cc of fat per side while others can need 800 cc or more. That said, you definitely have to choose your surgeon correctly and make sure that he/she has the training and experience to meet your goals with absolute safety. Best is a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon with specialized expertise in this procedure.
Dear teraye.harrien, based on your photos, you look like a good candidate for a BBL. Liposuction of your abdomen, back and flanks should give you more curves and hourglass shape and fat transfer to buttocks should give you more projection. I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon because only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations.Daniel Barrett, MDCertified, American Board of Plastic SurgeryMember, American Society of Plastic SurgeryMember, American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery
Dear teary.harrien,Thank you for posting pictures with your question. You are a great candidate for a BBL. To harvest the fat you can lipo the abdomen, sides, upper-lower back with waist definition. You should obtain more than 4 liters for your transfer. Don't gain any more weight. Best wishes.
Hello and thank you for your question!Based on your photos you should have ample fat for a BBL. Be sure to do an in-person consultation with a surgeon who specializes in this procedure.Good luck!
From the photos it appears that you probably have enough fat to achieve your goals. I will say it can be difficult to predict for sure. Also, if you lose weight the fat that is placed will shrink like the rest of your body would with weight loss.
Based on the photos, you appear to be a good candidate for BBL. It is difficult to estimate how many cc's of fat will be transferred but you should be able to achieve a more contoured and hourglass shape. Seek a plastic surgeon who performs many of these procedures, has great reviews and photos, and is an expert in this field.
Hello, Thank you for your question and images. Based on your images, you seem to be a good candidate to get a liposuction of the abdomen, back and waist and use that fat to the buttocks area (BBL), with this procedure you could achieve a more contoured shape.I recommend that you meet with a board certified plastic surgeon in person to talk about your goals and evaluate options. All the best!!
Yes you have enough for the BBL treatment. Please get a consult with a Plastic Surgeon in your area to understand the process more completely.
Choose a board certified plastic surgeon who has done a ton of Brazilian Butt Lifts and has privileges to do this surgery at a local university hospital. This says his credentials have been checked out by fellow Drs. All surgeries carry risk, talk to your plastic surgeon.A Brazilian butt lift is a safe and effective procedure that combines liposuction of the abdomen hips waist and back and then fat grafting to the gluteal region. This is a safe and effective way to contour the lower body. After a successful Brazilian Butt lift, the fat that remains will stay there for the rest of your life. Like the rest of the tissue in your body this fat will grow and age with you.
Sounds like you want to have another BBL procedure done follow by a breast lift with implants. I would generally recommend waiting approximately 3 months between the BBL and the breast lift surgery. Primarily because you want the BBL and the fat in that area to completely take and be well...
Hello, Thank you so much for sharing your question and pictures. Based on the photos, It seems like you are a candidate for liposuction and BBL. I suggest you get a consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon for more information. Kind regards, Dr. Roberto Guerrero, MD
You appear to be quite swollen now and will have to give it more time to settle. I doubt your lower buttock region will get wider or appear wider.
