Which brow lifting procedure would I benefit from the most? (photos)

Hello! I am a 22 year old female with naturally low set brows. My mom has these too. I lift my brows naturally during the day b, but I am starting to get a lot of wrinkles from doing this. I also have a prominent brow bone from the side. I feel lifted brows make me look friendlier and less tired. Should I try botox first or go straight for a brow lift?

Hello, hope you are well. Thank you for posting your photos and questions here! I think your eyebrows are within normal limits for both shape and position and suit your eyes nicely. If you are interested in achieving a subtle lift, applying Botox to brow depressor muscles would be a great idea. An endoscopic brow lift would be a more permanent choice and could certainly be considered as well, but I would try botulinum toxin first before committing to surgery. I would suggest a consultation with a surgeon who offers both options so that you can get a fully informed opinion on the advantages and disadvantages of each.

I would always recommend trialing the safest option first, which would be to try botox. Make sure that you ask you rinjector to focus specifically on brow lifting, which would involve not putting any in your forehead and focusing specifically on the areas around your eyes. See what result you can get with this. If this is good enough for you, then you know that you can do this. However, if you are looking for a more permanent result, surgery is certainly an option for you.

The quickest and easiest approach for elevating low lying eyebrows would be the use of a couple of microdroplets of Botox properly placed along with the use of an appropriate HA filler. The entire procedure takes about five to ten minutes in experienced hands and the filler result is seen immediately and that of the Botox effect usually takes anywhere from one to seven days to be seen. The nicest part is that there is no surgery required and the combined injections engender little to no significant downtime. I literally just performed this on myself 48 hours ago in preparation for the Thanksgiving holiday. You would be wise to consult with an experienced, board certified cosmetic dermatologist and best of luck.
